The farewell to Honored Artist of the RSFSR Ekaterina Raikina, daughter of satirist Arkady Raikin, will take place on November 6 in Moscow, at approximately 11:00, at the Raikin School. A representative of the deceased's family told TASS about this, reports Life.ru. After the ceremony, a funeral service is planned at the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Joy of All Who Sorrow' on Ordynka, and then, according to relatives' confirmation, the actress's body will be cremated. Other details of the funeral arrangements have not yet been disclosed.
The last months of her life
According to the publication, in the last months the actress gradually lost strength and felt physically unwell, but remained mentally clear until the end. In the summer she was hospitalized, where her condition continued to deteriorate. Ekaterina Raikina died on November 3 at the age of 88.
