All-clear given after 40 minutes, drone-related restrictions remain in force

In Yaroslavl Region on the morning of November 3, the missile danger regime was lifted, as announced by Governor Mikhail Yevrayev. The alert was declared at 04:47 Moscow time, and the all-clear was given about 40 minutes later. “The all-clear for the ‘Missile danger’ signal in Yaroslavl Region. The drone threat remains,” — Life.ru quotes the regional head's message as saying.

What remains in force

The lifting of the alert does not mean all restrictions have been removed: the governor stressed that restrictions related to the drone threat remain in place for now, and residents should wait for a separate signal canceling the drone attack threat. While the regime was in effect, residents were urged to leave open street areas, take shelter in the nearest buildings, and stay away from windows; according to the report, Defense Ministry and law enforcement units continue working to ensure security.

Closed exit toward Moscow

Earlier, as the same outlet reported, the exit onto the highway toward Moscow was closed in Yaroslavl due to the threat of a drone attack. The restrictions affected a section of Moskovsky Prospekt near its intersection with the Southwestern Ring Road; drivers were asked to avoid traveling in that direction or to choose alternative routes. Thus, as of publication, the missile danger all-clear had lifted neither the road restrictions nor the drone regime — a separate official announcement is required to remove them.

Air defense downed seven more drones flying toward Moscow, bringing the total to 53
