Conditions for receiving the funded pension
Alexander Voloshin, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy, explained the procedure for receiving the funded pension in 2027, reports Gazeta.Ru. According to him, to be granted a lifetime funded pension, a minimum of 15 years of insurance record and an individual pension coefficient (IPC) of at least 30 are required. Women can apply for the money from age 55 and men from 60, although for some categories of recipients the right to payments arises earlier.
Payment options and the threshold amount
Citizens can receive their savings as a lump sum, monthly, or as a lifetime payment — the form depends on age, length of service, pension points, the amount in the account, and the source of the savings. If the insurance record or points are insufficient, or the calculated pension is small, the savings are paid out in a lump sum. In the calculation, the amount of savings is divided by the expected payment period: next year it is planned to keep it at 270 months. If the pensioner's subsistence minimum is 17,395 rubles, as provided in the draft budget, the monthly threshold will be 1,739.50 rubles. According to the senator, under a standard calculation, savings of 469,665 rubles correspond to this threshold: this amount or less will be paid out immediately, and if it is exceeded, a lifetime monthly payment will be granted. For early retirees and those who applied later, the calculation may differ.
Fixed-term payment and checking your savings
A fixed-term payment is granted for a minimum of 10 years; it covers funds received through additional contributions, co-financing, and maternity capital along with the results of their investment. The amount of savings and the name of the insurer can be found in the statement of the individual personal account — it is issued through the state portal, the Social Fund, or a multifunctional center. Earlier, State Duma deputy Kaplan Panesh recalled that citizens born before 1966 who have pension savings in their personal accounts can receive payments totaling almost 440 thousand rubles; such savings could have been formed through employer contributions in 2002–2004, state co-financing programs, or maternity capital.
