Roads for the humanitarian convoy have been cleared and checked

Russian servicemen have completed the demining of the routes along which humanitarian aid is to be delivered to Alyoshki in the Kherson region. This was reported by Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova on her Telegram channel. According to her, a convoy carrying food, medicines and other necessary supplies will head to the city's central district hospital.

Conditions for the sappers' work

The engineering work was carried out as part of a humanitarian operation, for which Russia and Ukraine agreed on a temporary ceasefire. The sappers checked the roads for mines, unexploded ordnance and other explosive devices. Lantratova thanked the servicemen who, in her words, 'risking their lives, prepared the roads for safe passage'.

Observance of the silence regime

Earlier, the ombudswoman reported that the silence regime in Alyoshki had been observed for 54 hours without violations: according to her, both sides are honouring the humanitarian agreements, which made it possible to continue the demining. She also said she maintains constant coordination with the Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets, who, according to Life.ru, is heading to Alyoshki, following the Russian side, to the site of the humanitarian mission.
