During the conversation, it was noted that attention to learning a profession and a language should be given starting from school. The 'Town of Professions' was created for the early identification of schoolchildren's interests and abilities and their career guidance. There, young people become familiar with information technology, 'green' energy, robotics, drone operation and electric vehicle maintenance, and also gain practical skills in sewing, cooking, plumbing, zootechnics and agronomy.

Investment projects being implemented in the region increase the demand for new specialists.
