Accusations against the influencer

The family of the deceased states that before the tragedy, Harish experienced severe stress due to a cyberbullying campaign, negative posts, and threats. The blogger's father, J. Vinayagam, turned to the police, claiming that the harassment was linked to accusations made by another influencer, Jason Samuel. According to Vinayagam, before his death, Harish recorded a video in which he said that Samuel had threatened to block him on social media and to prevent the creation of new accounts.

Samuel's position and the investigation

Samuel himself rejected the accusations of harassment.
