Temporary gas shutdown on October 20

On October 20, 2026, the supply of natural gas in several mahallas of Yunusabad district of Tashkent will be temporarily suspended from 09:00 to 18:00. This was reported by the gas supply branch Hududgaz Poytaxt. The reason will be repair work on an underground medium-pressure gas pipeline with a diameter of 530 millimeters running along Iftikhor street.

Affected addresses

According to the gas supply organization, 32 multi-story buildings in block 6 of the center of the Minor mahalla, 120 households on Gunafsha, Elobod, Khurshid, Minor berk and Dalazor streets, as well as multi-story buildings No. 1-A and No. 121–170 on Iftikhor street in the Iftikhor mahalla will be temporarily left without gas.

Restoration of supply

After the repair work is completed, the supply of natural gas is promised to be restored in stages.
