Yorkshire Water chief executive Nicola Shaw resigns after company's environmental rating is downgraded
Yorkshire Water chief executive Nicola Shaw is leaving the post on 1 January — one day after the Environment Agency gave the company the lowest rating of one star out of four. Her successor is Nicola Medlova, who previously worked at National Grid.
