Court orders Yeralash to hand over company financial documents to Boris Grachevsky's son
The Ninth Arbitration Appellate Court rejected LLC Yeralash's appeal and upheld the ruling obliging the company to disclose to Maxim Grachevsky — son and heir of the studio's former artistic director — documents on business activities since 2021. The heir owns nearly 12.5% of the company and doubts the effectiveness of its management.
