Alonso: Palmer has learned his lesson after the sending-off, while Pedro is out for several weeks
Chelsea head coach Xavi Alonso commented on Cole Palmer's sending-off in the match against Tottenham and confirmed Joao Pedro's serious injury. Palmer, aware of his mistakes, will miss the League Cup game against Liverpool, while the Brazilian forward will be sidelined for several weeks due to a hip problem, which will be a serious test for the London club's attacking line.
