Israeli army turns Palestinian homes in Hebron into military posts on second day of operation
On the second day of a military operation in the southern occupied West Bank, Israeli forces occupied homes of Hebron residents in the Hallat Mannan and Dahiyat al-Zaytun neighborhoods, turning them into barracks and observation posts, the Wafa agency reported. Since Friday, hundreds of families have been forced to leave their homes amid raids and road closures. The operation began after two Palestinians attacked a checkpoint in which two Israeli soldiers were killed.
