68% of Russian women on parental leave have considered changing jobs after returning from leave
A survey by Vyberru.ru among 1,200 women on parental leave showed that the majority plan to look for a new job. The main reasons are increased family expenses, inflexible working conditions, and a desire to change professions. 22% are ready to return to their previous employer.
