Klitschko: only 45% of Kyiv's residential buildings connected to heating
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that as of November 5, heat is being supplied to only 45% of the city's housing stock, even though the heating season started back on October 16. The connection of residential buildings began only on November 2, and the authorities expect full heat supply by November 12.
