The State Has Put Up a 49.07% Stake in the Uzbek-Chinese UzXCMG Plant for Auction
The state's 49.07% stake in the charter fund of the UzXCMG joint venture in Urgench has been listed on the E-auksion electronic auction. The starting price is 140.53 billion soums, with bidding scheduled for October 19. The buyer will receive the asset with all of the enterprise's obligations taken into account; installment plans of up to seven years and a 25% discount for full payment are provided.
