UzPost transferred to trust management of a Wildberries structure despite statements by the head of the State Assets Management Agency
The minutes of the extraordinary shareholders meeting of UzPost dated September 21 confirm the existence of a trust management agreement for the state stake (92.9% of shares) with LLC 'WB INT EXPORT' — a subsidiary of Wildberries — concluded on December 30, 2025. This contradicts the statement by the head of the State Assets Management Agency (Sohibjon Murodov) on October 8 that no trust management agreement exists. Five seats on the new supervisory board went to representatives of Wildberries & Russ.
