Tyumen State University Rector Ivan Romanchuk Resigned After Six Years in Office; Evgeny Golubev Appointed Acting Rector
Ivan Romanchuk left the post of rector of Tyumen State University of his own accord after six years of leadership. Evgeny Golubev, who previously headed Zapolyarny State University and the UT Technopark, has been appointed acting rector. The personnel changes were announced by Tyumen Region Governor Alexander Moor.
