Prosecution requests 12 years in a strict-regime colony for former co-owner of Moscow shopping centers Manashirov
The state prosecution asks for Solomon Manashirov to be sentenced in absentia to 12 years in a strict-regime colony for extortion, tax evasion and money laundering, as well as the confiscation of his assets worth 141 million rubles and the granting of the victims' claim for 530 million rubles.
