High Court in London begins case over ban on publishing celebrity's name
An unnamed celebrity is asking the court to bar ITN and The Guardian from publishing his identity and allegations of 'inappropriate sexual conduct' with a number of girls and young women. His lawyers argue that disclosure would be highly likely to lead to suicide; the media's lawyers say the risk can be mitigated. The judge described the case as important and difficult.
