Carta and NewView teamed up to make tender offers easier for startups to run for employees
Platform Carta and fund NewView Capital announced a partnership aimed at making it easier for startups to organize tender offers that allow employees to sell a portion of their shares early. According to the companies' joint research, over three years the number of such deals at Series C and later startups could triple, even though only 44 were conducted in the first half of 2026.
