Canadian married to a Russian woman receives temporary residence permit in the Penza Region
Canadian citizen Yatin Karkhanis, married to a native of the Penza Region, has received a temporary residence permit in the region. According to the regional Interior Ministry directorate, he was one of four foreigners to receive such a document in 2026 under the program for those who share traditional Russian values.
