Moscow expects up to +11 °C without precipitation on November 1, with frosts overnight
The Hydrometeorological Center forecasts variable cloudiness on Sunday, up to +11 °C during the day and down to −1 °C overnight, with down to −4 °C in the Moscow region. October 2026 also repeated the 2020 warmth record: the average monthly temperature exceeded the norm by 3.5 degrees.
