Armenia's Investigative Committee demands the arrest of Samvel Karapetyan and eight other suspects in the Electric Networks case
On November 4, Armenia's law enforcement agencies carried out searches at 65 addresses, including the homes of Samvel and Narek Karapetyan. The investigation estimates the damage to Electric Networks of Armenia at 64.6 billion drams and is seeking the detention of nine people. Karapetyan does not admit the charges.
