The Russian Defense Ministry stated that Russian forces struck a container ship traveling by sea to the port of Odesa with cargo intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Earlier, the ministry reported a strike on a bulk carrier carrying military and dual-use property heading to the same port.
