RUDN Expert: AI Will Only Partially Help Russian Companies Facing Staff Shortages
Associate Professor at RUDN Nikita Stolyarov told RT that artificial intelligence can solve staffing problems only locally — for example, in customer support. In his view, the main causes of the staff shortage are working conditions, not the absence of specialists. The greatest shortage is observed in agriculture, electric power, and water supply.
