Dubai to change speed limits on five roads from November 1
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the emirate's police will change speed limits on five streets as part of the road safety strategy. Limits will be raised on three streets and lowered on two. New signs are already being installed, and the changes will take effect on November 1.
