Sharjah is building a second, women's, clock tower in Kalba and a social care complex on the Khor Fakkan road
The Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has announced the construction in Kalba of a clock tower intended for women, next to the existing men's tower opened in 2022. A care complex on the Khor Fakkan road has also been approved, featuring homes for the elderly, rehabilitation centres and a women's protection centre.
