South Korea and Turkey sign financing memorandum ahead of decision on Sinop nuclear plant
The Export-Import Bank of Korea and Turkey Nuclear Energy Inc. agreed to study financing options for Turkish energy projects. The agreement was signed during Erdogan's first visit to Seoul since 2018, where defense, trade, and Seoul's participation in the project for Turkey's second nuclear plant on the Black Sea were also discussed.
