Turkey confirmed the participation of its companies in the reconstruction of Karabakh
Turkey's Minister of Agriculture İbrahim Yumaklı, at a reception marking Azerbaijan's Victory Day in Ankara, stated that Turkish institutions and companies are participating in the reconstruction of the liberated territories and called the Shusha Declaration the foundation of allied relations.
