Zakharova says Europe is 'not ready for an honest conversation' and confirms Lavrov's participation in the G20 summit
At a briefing on October 28, the Russian Foreign Ministry accused the EU of demands 'detached from reality' and of militarizing the Arctic, and announced that Sergei Lavrov will take part in the G20 foreign ministers' meeting in Atlanta on October 30–31.
