Mother of baby found near garbage bins in Samara attacked a police officer
The 23-year-old mother of a two-month-old girl left in a stroller near garbage bins in Samara used violence against a juvenile affairs inspector at a police station on October 27. She has been charged under three articles. Earlier, the girl was found by schoolchildren on October 26; the child was handed over to her father, and the Investigative Committee is investigating the case.
