Deputy Health Minister of Ryazan Region Vladimir Khominets died when his Audi Q7 collided with a Sitrak truck near the village of Plakhino. According to preliminary data, the official crossed into the oncoming lane; both vehicles caught fire. The truck driver was hospitalized with fractures. The Health Ministry confirmed the death and expressed condolences.
