RFU keeps Steve Borthwick as England rugby head coach through the 2027 World Cup
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has confirmed that Steve Borthwick will lead the team at the 2027 World Cup in Australia regardless of results in upcoming matches. RFU chief Bill Sweeney declared his support for the coach despite a disastrous Six Nations and five defeats in the last seven tests.
