Recursive releases Flint — a coding model for a laptop, created mostly with AI
Recursive, the startup led by former Salesforce chief scientist Richard Socher, has released Flint, a free open coding model with 40 billion parameters that runs on a laptop. The company says its automated research system, the Eureka Machine, was involved in nearly every stage of development, allowing a small team to build the model in under four months.
