The Berlin Regional Court sentenced 69-year-old Frank S. to 12 years in prison for the rape of 14 women in 22 incidents, whom he drugged and filmed on video. Based on the recordings, the police count 58 victims and continue investigating 44 more episodes; the verdict has not yet entered into force.
