Venezuela's ruling United Socialist Party (PSUV) condemned the arrest warrant for former Cuban leader Raúl Castro issued in Florida in the case of the 1996 shootdown of aircraft of the organization 'Brothers to the Rescue.' The party called the warrant intimidation, said it lacked legal grounds, and called on Latin American countries to support Cuba.
