Putin Ordered Explanations to Russians for Denials of Social Payments
The president's directive was included in the final documents of the Strategic Development Council meeting. Deputy Svetlana Bessarab named frequent reasons for denials: lack of documents, errors, and property requirements. For families with many children, an income excess of 10% above the subsistence minimum is allowed.
