Saint Petersburg proposes restricting public events from November 17
The draft resolution has been published on the city administration's website: holding and attending public events is proposed to be restricted, allowing them only at specially approved venues with metal detectors and video surveillance. The new rules may come into force shortly after the full lifting of COVID restrictions on October 1.
