Helsinki court suspends new seizures of Russian property in Finland
The Helsinki Court of Appeal has banned new seizures of Russian assets in Naftogaz's lawsuits pending consideration of the appeal. The restrictions already imposed, worth about €44 million, remain in place. The move follows a September ruling by a court in The Hague on the arbitration's jurisdiction.
