Russia summons Norway's Chargé d'Affaires over the detention of the vessel Professor Molchanov
On November 3, the Russian Foreign Ministry summoned Norway's Chargé d'Affaires Bjørn Svenungsen and lodged a protest over the arrest of the Russian research vessel Professor Molchanov in the port of Barentsburg on Svalbard in a lawsuit brought by Ukrainian companies, as well as over the seizure of five Russian properties in Oslo.
