Uzbekistan to Establish a State Prize Named After Ibn Sina

At a meeting with medical and pharmaceutical workers, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed establishing a state prize named after Ibn Sina. He also presented awards to a group of industry representatives and spoke about the results of the pilot primary care system: in 28 districts, 7 million residents have been assigned to family doctors, and starting next year the model will be extended to another 100 districts.
