Russia's Interior Ministry warned that transferring prepayment for goods online guarantees neither receiving the order nor getting the money back. The ministry listed alarming signs of unscrupulous sellers: transfers to a personal card or anonymous payment services, suspiciously low prices, pushiness, and the lack of full contact details.
