Investigation underway in Samarkand after the death of a 42-year-old woman
In Samarkand, on October 21, 2026, at around 12:30, a 42-year-old woman who took her own life in the yard of her home died at the scene. The press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office, Hayot Shamsutdinov, told the Zamon.uz portal that a forensic medical examination has been ordered and the city prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-investigation inquiry.
