NAU proposed banning novices from driving cars with more than 150 hp during their first three years
The National Automobile Union has proposed restricting novice drivers: during the first three years after obtaining a license, they could be banned from driving cars with more than 150 horsepower. A fine of 5,000 to 15,000 rubles is proposed for violations. The issue has already been included in the government's road safety improvement plan.
