Yanina Kopaygorodskaya's son asked the Moscow City Court to postpone his mother's punishment
The elder son of former Sochi mayor Alexey Kopaygorodsky and Yanina Kopaygorodsky filed an appeal with the Moscow City Court against the Meshchansky Court's refusal to postpone the serving of his mother's nine-year sentence. He stated that he cannot replace both parents for three underage brothers and sisters; guardianship of the children after the verdict was taken by David Davlatov.
