Court to decide the fate of the Lindsay Clancy case: retrial or dismissal of charges
On November 2, hearings in the case of Lindsay Clancy, accused of murdering her three children, will resume in a Massachusetts court. The first trial ended in September 2026 with a mistrial due to a hung jury. Three scenarios are being discussed: dismissal of the charges, a retrial on the same or reduced charges.
