Uzbekistan proposes paid tariffs for long-term visits, video calls, and phone calls for convicts
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Economy and Finance have drafted a resolution with tariffs for long-term visitation rooms, remote video visits, and telephone calls in penal institutions. The document has been put up for public discussion: payment is cashless only, time is tracked through the «Qal'a» system, and benefits are provided for certain categories.
