Lebanese and British militaries conclude three-week joint exercise Pegasus Cedar 2026
The Lebanese army and British troops concluded the three-week joint exercise Operation Pegasus Cedar 2026 at the Hamman base east of Beirut, culminating in a simulated helicopter assault operation. Besides Lebanon and the United Kingdom, six more countries took part in the exercise, including the US, Qatar and Jordan. This is the first joint exercise of the two countries since the start of Israel's war in Gaza.
