Judge Angelec Lett ordered Donald Trump to give a deposition in his $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the BBC by December 11, or face sanctions up to dismissal of the case. The BBC argues Trump is stalling, having canceled the October 16 deposition; his lawyers propose a January date.
