He advised demanding a written explanation for any discrepancy in the bill, sending a formal complaint to the chief physician referencing the Law on Consumer Protection, and, if the clinic refuses to resolve the issue, contacting Rospotrebnadzor or Roszdravnadzor depending on the nature of the violation.
