Lawyer Alexander Manko said that leaving the scene of a traffic accident, even in a minor crash, carries the risk of license suspension for up to a year and a half. The legal way to leave the scene is to file a European accident report (evropotokol) provided four conditions are met, after first documenting the circumstances of the accident with photos and video.
